AMMI held its 2017 Networking Cocktails and Dinner on 7 December at the Majestic Theatre. Built in 1929, Majestic Theatre (previously known as Shanghai Sound Theatre), was the first cinema in Penang to screen Chinese “talkies” (films with sound instead of silent). The Majestic Theatre provided the perfect setting for a nostalgic 1950s theme. Eighty six AMMI members and guests attended the event. |
