ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
- Membership subscription for Full Members will be based on the annual sales turnover of the company (medical devices turnover only).

- Membership subscription for Associate Members is at a flat subscription of RM2,000.00 per year.
- All subscription fees will be payable on the 1st January each year. New member shall pay the entrance fee of RM1,000 plus RM2,000 for membership fee for an interim period of 12 months (1 year).
- After the interim period of 12 months, new members subscription fee will be prorated, counted by full months up to 1st January according to their new Full Membership Category Table or Associate Member Category.
- Membership fees will be reviewed on a yearly basis subject to submission of the Annual Fee Structure Form (based on medical devices turnover only).
- New members will have to pay an entrance fee of RM1,000 and an annual membership fee of RM2,000 for the first year. Upon completion of the (one) 1 year term, the membership category will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. During the interim period, new members will not have voting rights.
