| AMMI recently organised an exclusive HR Leaders’ Roundtable Meeting at Equatorial Hotel Penang. The objective of the roundtable is for all HR leaders of AMMI member companies to come together to create a stronger voice in championing common issues and chart strategic agenda. The two main topics discussed were (1) Talent Management – creating the talent pool required for the industry and (2) Leadership Development Discussion – how AMMI can help structure leadership development programme to train the future leaders for medical device industry.
